Submit An Event For Our Calendar

We love to share information about events that our alumnae will be attending together, or events that we can take part in to support our Sisters. Before you submit any event information be sure to read the instructions below for our event submission guidelines. 

 

1. Your event must be appropriate for Alpha Xi Delta sisters, our communty, friends, families, and be in line with the goals, mission, values, and vision of our Sisterhood and Organization. 

2. Submissions may only be posted if they are received a month (4 weeks) away from the event day at the latest. 

3. Make sure you are including the proper contact and rsvp information for your guests. We are not able to post incomplete event submissions.  

4. We are only able to accommodate event submissions through this form on our google calendar page. Consideration for the sharing of event information on our Upcoming Events webpage will take place on a case-by-case basis.

Thank you for submitting your event details. Due to the nature of our calendar, we are only able to post events with at least two weeks notice.
